Peter Nimble and His Fantastic Eyes

Peter Nimble is a boy who's eyes were pecked out by ravens and he was found in a basket by

sailors with a raven perched on his basket.

Peter lived under a porch with a cat for a year before evil Mr.Seamus

found him. Mr. Seamus was a beggermonger who adopted kids to make them beg in the street and no kid could come back without anything or they would get throttled and sold to the workhouse.

Mr.Seamus promised Peter a lot of things when Peter went with him Mr.Seamus sold all of the kids to train Peter to be the worlds greatest theif.

One day Peter find a box with 3 sets of eyes- 1 black pair, one gold pair, and one emrald pair when Peter tries on the Gold pair he gets transported to a fawaway land.

Soon Peter is on a very dangerous and exciting journy.

the students at the Ever After High boarding school sigh the Storybook of Legends and pledge to fulfill their destinies as the next Snow Whites,Cinderella's,Prince Charmings,etc.

And as far as I know it is the first book in a series.

Raven,daughter of the Evil Queen from Snow White is totally NOT evil, and she doesn't want to be Evil.

But  Raven,Apple White and the other snow white characters may go Poof  if Raven doesn't sign the Storybook of Legends.

Raven has to make a choice a very hard  one that has a lot of ifs.

Homecoming by Cynthia Voigt

When Dicey,James,Maybeth and,Sammy get abandoned and left in a car in a strange place.

When Dicey and her siblings had waited in the car for a whole day when they left to where their destination in the first place was. Dicey has to care for her younger siblings and feed them and herself. when after a few weeks they arrive at Bridgeport ,their destination its not quite what Dicey thought it would be.

There is 13 year old Dicey who takes care of her family.

And 10 year old James who is very smart.

And 9 year old Maybeth who is shy and slow at reading, she is very far behind in her grade and has been kept down in first grade and was going to be left behind in second grade. But she is very pretty

Last 6 year old stubborn Sammy who is determined that his Momma loves him and his Momma does love him.



This is a fantastic book and deserves reading...... or maybe the book is just my style?

Hetty feather is one of my favorite books that Jacqueline Wilson has written.

Don't get put off by what I wrote, It is an amazing book.

But its hard to explain.

Ballet Shoes By Noel Streatfeild

This amazing book probably took a TON of talent to write.

The eldest sister was Pauline, who was rescued from a ship when she was a baby, she is named after the saint Paul. Pauline loves to act.

The middle sister was Petrova, she was adopted from a young couple in Russia who died. She is a tomboy who LOVES cars and engines.

The youngest sister was Posy, her mother may be alive but all we know is that her mother was a dancer and had no time for baby's. She arrived to her family in a basket with ballet shoes. Posy loves to dance.

WARNING: this book takes place in London.

Frost Hollow Hall

Hi, I read tons of books and I loved this book.

Its about a girl who is so poor that the whole family can't even sit down all at once ( they don't have enough chairs ) there is Eliza the sister Pa and Ma the girls name is Matilda but is almost always called Tilly. and this man called Will potter dares Tilly to Ice Skate on Frost Hollow Hall where a boy died  not just that but it was trespassing they go and Will does it not going near the middle but when Tilly does it she goes fast and goes and falls through the ice in the middle when she goes under she sees the spirit of Kit the boy who died there's nickname Will's father sells meat to the Frost Hollow hall  and Will sometimes helps so they go there Tilly was shivering and next thing she knew was she was in the house eyes closed and herd voices saying but we can't just throw her back in the cold then a woman comes in and asked  is she dead and grabbed Tilly and Tilly opened her eyes then later Tilly has a dare  for Will to go and find Kits grave  they got caught and had to work there for a day then Eliza finds out where pa is ( they haven't seen him for days since he was due home )
and told Tilly so with out ma knowing she left when Tilly came home from the day of work her mother was in great shock so she got a job at Frost Hollow hall partly to find out about kit and to help with money and because they needed work you see Eliza took ALL of the money they had left and Mama had to give her Wedding ring away so when Tilly was under the ice and saw Kit's Spirit and he gave he Tilly a ring so when Eliza left she saw the ring and took it and she sent it back she said she just can't sell the ring .
